There are two types on how you arrange the sponge cake with the pudding
- The sponge cake layered alternately with the pudding or
- The sponge cake on the outer layer and pudding in the inner layer

Usually this cake has minimal cream decorations and sometime covered with desiccated coconut. These types of cakes were most favored by senior citizen!!!!
