Me: Again?... a princess cake? ... don't she get bored with princess cake.... she's already in primary one.
Neighbor : Well, she insisted .... even though I gave other suggestion to her.

I vividly remembered when her daughter was two, her daughter was quite reluctant to cut the cake .....

Chocolate Walnut Brownies with Chocolate Ganache

Usually I'll make the chocolate brownies in 1 inches thickness. Since this chocolate walnut brownies is so tasty (in my opinion), I've decided to make it smaller but baked it into two smaller baking tin which it will give its height. I put chocolate ganache for the filling and decoration. When the chocolate ganache harden after a few hours in the fridge, I applied gold dust on the decoration and its gave a "wooden look". I make this cake for my friend who celebrating her birthday.
